I have 2 wonderful boys and I decided I should share some of the funny things they say and do. Connor is 2 1/2 years old. Colin is 6 months (so he has yet to say anything, but he still makes me laugh!).

Mommy can dance
We were watching a movie tonight and a song came on that I like. It's one of those songs that makes you want to dance. I'm not a dancer, not even close! But every once in a while a song will make me want to attempt the dancing. I was walking to the couch and I stopped halfway and started to shimmy. :) Connor sees me and starts saying "Oh yea, oh yea, oh yea" and is dancing himself. It was the funniest thing!
Colin got mad!
I was giving the boys a bath tonight. I had been putting Colin in his Bumbo until just recently. I wanted to make sure he could sit really well before I allowed him to be in the bath without it. Since he's been doing so well sitting up and controlling himself, I figured it was a good time to start sitting in the bath without the Bumbo seat. We have an elephant faucet cover in the bath. The boys love it. Colin likes to try to pull it off. Connor was sitting closest to the faucet so Colin had to climb over him to get to the faucet. Each time Colin would try to climb over, Connor would push him back. At one point, Colin got splashed in the face when Connor was pushing him back. Colin sat straight up and started yelling and slapping at Connor. That is officially the first time I've seen Colin get mad at his brother. It was so cute! I'm sure there is much more to come :)

Ouch!
I was sitting on the couch the other night and Connor climbed up and sat next to my legs. He then yelled "OW!". I just looked at him. He touched my leg and yelled again "OW! Yuck!". That's all I needed to motivate me to shave my legs. :)

FORK
Last night we were all sitting at the table having dinner. Connor got fish sticks, rice, black eyed peas and blackberries. He said he needed a spoon. So he got up to get one. He comes back with a spoon and a fork. Then he gets to work on his rice. He starts saying "I gotta fork it, I gotta fork it". It only took me a second to figure out what he was saying but it was so funny because it was dangerously close to a very bad word. I looked at my husband, who had a similar look on his face, and started laughing. Connor kept saying it as he broke up his rice. Then he tried to get his fork in my rice. No thanks, I'll just use a spoon!
